These Terms & Conditions apply to the Nomodose mobile application (“Application”), developed by Vladyslav Palamarchuk (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application
  • Attempt to extract or reverse engineer the source code
  • Create derivative versions of the Application
  • Use the Application in any way that could harm the Service Provider or other users

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Service Description

Nomodose is a nicotine cessation aid for adults. It helps users quit nicotine pouches (snus) and cigarettes by generating a gradual taper plan and enabling local tracking.

  • The Application is designed to work offline
  • No user accounts are required
  • The Service Provider does not receive or store your usage logs on external servers

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important. The Application does not collect, store, or share personal data. For details, refer to the Privacy Policy.

4. Internet Connectivity

Some features (such as opening support pages) may require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to lack of internet access.

5. Mobile Data and Charges

Using the Application may involve data usage. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider.

6. Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. The Service Provider does not recommend jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and affect performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application.

8. Updates and Changes

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time and may introduce new features or paid services. You agree to install updates when available to continue using the Application.

9. Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end and you must stop using and delete the Application.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application means you accept the updated Terms.

11. App Store Compliance

If distributed via app stores, the Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use on devices that you own or control, subject to the applicable store terms. This agreement is between you and the Service Provider only, not with Apple or Google.
